PREPARATION INGREDIENTS: 1 pack or 660g Chocolate Pandesal Premix, 7g instant dry yeast, 250ml water/milk, 1pc large egg, 55ml oil, 100g bread crumbs

PROCEDURE: Mix 1 pack of Chocolate Pandesal Premix with instant dry yeast Add water/milk, egg, and oil/butter into the dry mixture. On a lightly floured surface, knead the dough until it becomes smooth and elastic. Divide/cut dough, add filling (optional), form into a ball, and dredge with breadcrumbs to coat completely. Place the dough balls in a baking pan with a dust of breadcrumbs (1inch apart). Cover it with a clean cloth and let it proof for approximately 2 hours or until double its size. Bake at 160°C oven for 15 min.
