Red Velvet Cupcake

PREPARATION INGREDIENTS: 1 pack of 500g Red Velvet Cupcake Premix, 120ml water, 2pcs medium egg, 225ml oil/melted butter, 10ml vinegar

PROCEDURE: Mix 1 pack of red velvet cupcake premix with water, eggs, and vinegar. Slowly pour the oil/melted butter while mixing it continuously. Pour the batter in a cupcake pan with liners about 2/3 full. Bake at 165°C oven for 15-20 min.

Chocolate Cupcake

PREPARATION INGREDIENTS: 1 pack of 500g Chocolate Cupcake Premix, 125ml water, 2pcs medium egg, 79ml oil/melted butter

PROCEDURE: Mix 1 pack of chocolate cupcake premix with water and eggs Slowly pour the oil/melted butter while mixing it continuously Pour the batter in a cupcake pan with liners about 2/3 full Bake at 170C oven for 15-22 min.
